I will stand up for my views and beliefs, and I will not be marginalized or mischaracterized as unloving. If inclusion is what is demanded by the left, then why are my views not also “included”? This hypocritical chastisement is a superficial attempt at EXclusion . I DO NOT support Hallmark’s appeal to wokeness and the LGTB, and neither do much of the rest of their base. In this chaotic times, we need something pleasant and inspiring, all the characters are super! Big mistake canceling this wholesome show.

I never watch daytime talk shows, but I came across Home & Family over the holidays and now I'll tune in ever so often. The thing that sets it apart from other talk shows, at least for me, is that it's not sensationalized or full of razzle dazzle.

This type of values separated you from all the other networks and created a very large and unique audience. It is a shame that you felt pressured to cater to the LGBTQ community, even when they are not a part of your loyal viewers and fans. Companies and businesses should remember who their loyal customers are and take them into consideration, when making changes. I don’t think anything was wrong with their programming before all the changes. I have nothing against the LGBTQ community, but they have other networks to watch. We as Christians only had this network, and you ruined it for us.
The guy who says nobody should be able to get married unless they can make a baby??? So you believe no woman over the age of 50 should be allowed to get married?????? Or a 25 year old woman who has had uterine cancer and can’t conceive??

After initially airing on The Family Channel during the mid-‘90s, Home & Family was then broadcast by Fox Family Channel before finally winding up on Hallmark Channel. Given that Home & Family was on the air for so long and it moved between three different channels, it was easy to think that the show would survive just about anything. Unfortunately for everyone involved in television production, the vast majority of shows don’t last long assuming they even make it to the air, to begin with. In fact, there have even been some shows that were canceled after a single episode aired.

It appeared Santa was the replacement for God. When I heard last year they were having gay Christmas movies I felt this was a slap in the face to Christian values and beliefs. I stream now and I can choose and monitor what comes into my home. Recently I found a new station GAM and the movies and content is wonderful. I do not understand why companies embrace these WOKE ideas since they are alienating the majority of people.
Why is it that you hateful uh hateful disgusting nutjobs thinkinut jobs think that Christian is the only religion?? Why do you think everything has to be Christian based? Are you incapable of living without spouting Bible crap? You do realize church attendance is at an all time low, right? And the reasons given whenever people are surveyed is that they are sick of having people shoved their fake Christian morals down their throats. The most hateful people I know call themselves christians.

Yes, I too have noticed how Hallmark is caving to the wokeness. What a shame because I loved this channel and it’s line up. I am very unhappy on what is going on at hallmark which you pay to watch and has good family show .
In March,Variety reported that “Home & Family” was going to be canceled. In his post, he didn’t hint at more things to come like he did in his Instagram story, however. On October 5, Matenopoulos shared an Instagram story that hinted at a lot more happening beyond the Christmas special. "Hallmark Channel's Daytime Emmy-Nominated Lifestyle Series "Home & Family" Returns for Eighth Season as the Ultimate How-to Program". Matenopopulos is currently developing two food shows and a lifestyle show, a spokesperson told Deadline.
I’d like to see their earlier romance movies or dramas from Hallmark Hall of Fame. I had assumed it was all on the other networks I don’t get like their Movies and Mysteries or Drama. But many have shown up under the same title sometimes, or different titles, on UP TV. Someone mentioned the Peter Falk Christmas series.
You are not a station I can trust for family viewing. I never had to worry about my family watching but boy have things changed, you will lose your station and I have lost mine. I do not like the new way the movies are moving. I’m also tired of the Golden Girls… come on… So sad that the executives of Hallmark are ruining the channel. Put the Hallmark Channel back the way it was-the way it should be-with family movies and entertainment. Maybe some of us just wanted something besides the LGBTQ to watch.
When viewership declines, then advertisers don’t want to pay large sums of money for audiences that are not watching. I am so upset by the new direction Hallmark is moving towards. Hallmark was a Christian based, family friendly network, that produced movies which reflected Christian values.
The movies are great with a lot of the same stars. The difference is the absence of all the woke BS being shoved down our throat by Hallmark. I can now let my 9 year old watch with me again. Hallmark doesn’t care about losing money or viewers – this is all about tearing down something good and pure. Liberals want everything vile and polluted just like the rest of the trash on tv. The powerful people at the top can’t have anything good standing in the way of the narrative they’re trying to push, and they’ll destroy anything in their way.
